Affordable, flexible gymnastics classes for all ages and skill levels. This page lists the 2023 - 2024 September to January and February to June classes. See our Summer Classes page for July and August classes.

You are never required to adhere to the term lengths. Join gymnastics at any time, and cancel at any time. To discontinue your obligation, make sure you let us know when you are done.
REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE FEES AND WAIVERS
Membership fees are required for students who are enrolled in weekly programs or who attend from time to time for drop-ins. We do not charge these annual fees for your first trial class. See below for fee specifics:

Annual Chilliwack Gymnastics and Dance Membership/Registration/Admin Fee: $20 per student or $35 per family.

Annual Gymnastics BC membership and insurance fee (covers Sept to Aug): $43. Ask about discounted insurance fee for short term enrollment.
Waivers for both Chilliwack Gymnastics & Dance, and Gymnastics BC are also required.
BABY GYM CLASS
A 45-minute class introduces child to locomotion, object manipulation, gripping, and more. What fun to roll and crawl with so much soft space! Parental guidance needed.
Facility is equipped with a diaper change table.

Ages
This class is geared to children 3 months to 18 months, but 2-3 year-olds are also welcome. There is a parent-and-tot class running at the same time.

Fees
$280/term or $56/month including GST.

PARENT & TOT
A 45 min. class introduces parent and child to basic movement patterns, gymnastics, trampoline through fun and play. Loosely structured. Parents are not required to do gymnastics but are expected to be present to help keep the child focused and tracking with the class if possible.
Ages
This class is best for children aged 2-3 years, however younger walking kids are welcome if parents think they can benefit, and older kids are welcome if they still need parental participation.

KINDERGYM
A structured 60-minute class covering basic gymnastics skills on floor, bars, beam, rings, vault, trampoline. Introduced in a fun atmosphere.

Parents may stay and watch but are not expected to participate. Or choose to drop off children who can manage without you being there.

Children aged 3-5 years.

One class/week: $330/term or $66/month incl GST
Two classes/week: $635/term or $127/mo.

GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINE - BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE
Have fun learning gymnastics in our bright and inviting gymnastics facility!

Our structured beginner and intermediate classes are designed to provide the building blocks to life-long love of physical activity, development of foundational skills, and personal confidence. Children grow and progress in a safe, supportive, inclusive environment. Everyone is welcome!
​
Parents are welcome to watch the class but may drop off if you wish.
Ages
Children aged 5-teen are welcome and will be divided based on age and/or skill level to provide the best possible instruction and experience for each child.
​
Fees
One 90-minute class per week: $420/term, or $84/month including GST.
Two 90-minute classes per week (total 3 hours per week): $815/term or $163/month including GST (second weekly class is discounted by $5 per month).
Three 90-minute classes per week (total 4.5 hours per week): $1185/term or $237/month incl GST (third weekly class is discounted by $10 per month).

We have decided not to offer this option this year. Note that both the tumble track and the main trampoline are part of our "Gymnastics and Trampoline" program.

HOME SCHOOL SHORT-TERM CLASS
90-minute gymnastics class divided into groups by age and skill level.
​

Parents are welcome to watch the class, but may drop off if they choose.

Friday home school class only:
Younger siblings may play in the gym during the entire class for half the regular price of the class. Parents must supervise younger children at all times and make sure they are not in the way of the class. Please do not let your children play if they are not registered and paid. Please contact the office for more details or to register younger siblings (not available on booking site at this time).

Ages
3 - 12, or 5 - 17, divided into groups by age and skill level. Adults and teens 16+ please also see adult class list.

Fees
10 classes for $210, or 16 classes for $336, etc ($21 per class). Term lengths vary. Starting late in the term? Your fees are automatically prorated.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS + TRAMPOLINE
Rhythmic gymnastics is a combination of arts and gymnastic skills with balls, ribbons, clubs, ropes, hoops.
Class times
We do not currently offer this option.
ADULT AND TEEN GYMNASTICS

Classes for teens aged 11-17
We have one class specifically for your age group! Tuesdays 7 - 8:30 pm
​
Classes for teens/adults Ages 15-99
Age appropriate conditioning, stretching and movement for adults! Learn skills on all apparatus. We'll start with conditioning and stretching, then move on to learn and/or practice skills. Instructed. Geared to accommodate individualized learning.
​
Class Times offered:
Mondays 8 - 9 pm.
​
It is ok to not commit to the term.
​
Private Lessons
$28 per half-hour private, or $38 per half-hour semi-private ($19 each).
ADVANCED GYMNASTICS
Designed for those gymnasts ready to be challenged with new advanced skills.
​
Approval/recommendation of head coach or manager required, unless you can already easily do a back walkover on your own. Skill assessment recommended.
​
Ages
Based on skills achieved but usually ages 8-12. Ages 6 - 16 welcome. We will try to group you with similar ages.
Fees
2 hours/week: $500/term or $100/month installments
All prices include GST. Try a class for $30

ELITE GYMNASTICS CLASS
This class will allow experienced gymnasts to have fun doing the tricks they love, and help them level up their skills.
​
Approval/recommendation of head coach or manager required unless you can already tumble on your own (example: round-off back handspring or round-off back tuck).
For muscle strength/safety, we recommend participants be in at least one other muscle-intense activity. Some options include: advanced gymnastics class listed above, home school class, acro, break dancing, intermed/adv ballet.
Ages
Admission based on skill level rather than age, but usually ages 8 - 17.

Fees
$500/term or $100/month installments incl GST. 2 hours per week.
​

Thursdays 5 - 7 pm.
DROP-IN GYM
Free play for all ages, supervised by our qualified staff. Parents of very young children must stay and supervise.
Fees
$8 for members
$12 for non-members
Add $8 if we are responsible for your child (ie drop-off). This option may not be available on Sundays due to staffing.

FIELD TRIPS
A great opportunity to learn some body technique, stretching and warm-up skills. We will introduce basic gymnastic techniques, including floor, vault, beam, bars, trampoline, and more. No previous experience required.

Fees
One-hour: $8 per student group rate including GST
90 min: $12 per student
Two hours: $16 per student.
