CHILLIWACK GYMNASTICS AND DANCE CHRISTMAS 2023 HOLIDAY INFORMATION
December and January schedule:
Regular classes will run until Friday, Dec 22. Therefore everyone gets 3 classes in December. There will be open gym play times available during the holiday, and anyone enrolled for the term in either dance or gymnastics is welcome to attend one for free to make up for the 4th December class.
No instructed classes from Saturday, Dec 23 through Friday, Jan 5, 2024.
Classes resume on Saturday, January 6.
Drop-in Gym Open Gym play times during the holidays:
Tuesday, Dec 26 10 - 11 am Ages 0 – 5
Wednesday, Dec 27 11 – noon Ages 0 – 5
Wednesday, Dec 27 6:30 – 8 pm All ages
Wednesday, Dec 27 8 - 9 pm Adults and teens
Thursday, Dec 28 8:45 – 9:45 am Ages 0 – 5
Thursday, Dec 28 10 – 11:30 am All ages
Friday, Dec 29 1:30 – 3 pm All ages
Wednesday, Jan 3 6:30 - 8 pm All Ages
Wednesday, Jan 3 8 – 9 pm Adults and teens
Jan 2 - 5 No daytime drop ins during the first week of January due to Gymnastics BC training workshops all day 9 am – 6 pm
Drop-in gym cost for those not making up a class (come several times, or bring your friends!):
$8 for members who have paid Gymnastics BC Insurance and whose parents are supervising (or adults/teens)
$12 for non-members
Add $8 if we are supervising the kids, ie kids are dropped off.
Free if using drop in for your 4th December class.
Family New Year's Eve Party Special:
Come party with us on New Year's Eve! Free play in the gymnastics gym; ballroom dancing and line dancing in the dance studio for all ages (it is waltz day: 123123 (12/31/23) so we have to waltz! We will watch the ball drop on TV from Times Square in New York at 9 pm our time, and watch again at our own midnight.
Party time options:
7:30 – 12:30 5 hours for $35 per child or $80 per family.
7:30 – 9:30 2 hours for $20 per child or $45 per family.
If we are supervising your children (ie you are not staying) there is an additional fee of $8 per hour per child.
Bring snacks, or buy some that we will have available.
End of Term 1 Gymnastics:
Term 1 gymnastics ends at the end of January. Term 2 is already available for registration on our registration site. If you would like to register, you can do it online now or just let us know. If you are making automatic payments, those do not automatically continue into February, so those need to be set up again.
No need to re-register for most dance classes:
Most of our dance programs run from September to June, so no need to re-register for those. Some exceptions: home school classes, couples' ballroom.
